I have a friend that has experienced the care that LabCorp takes to do the job " right ". She had a medical letter from her doctor which allowed her to get a blood test at anytime, anywhere, if the site was open. The receptionist did not understand the language in the letter. It took about 45 minutes to get the blood drawn. The second trip, they did not have small needles to withdraw the blood from an underweight person and attempted to draw the blood 3 times before they were successful. She now goes to another provider who had her out the door in 5 minutes the first time that she went and it was faster yet the second time. The area where this ocurred is McAllen, Texas and I wish that I could provide the name of the good lab but it escapes my memory. Thank you for the site to vent....Howard
