Well,I have worked for many labs in my 20+ years.First of all Labcorp is horrible.BUT THIER WEBSITE IS VERY EASY TO USE.I think anyone with an average IQ could figure out thier patient service center locator buttons in under 30 seconds or for the dumbest maybe 1 minute.The website that labcorp has is the only thing that i have had a good experience with regarding labcorp.I could tell stories that would make someone wonder how they are even in business.To be fair though Quest absolutely sucks also.either one is better than the other.It depends on where you are also.You may be very lucky and have a location near you that you use that everyone is friendly and the service is fast.Most i would say 90 percent of all the locations absolutely suck.Labcorp and quest.Not just suck as far as saying "oh that wasnt a fun experienc"but suck as in an experience that you remember for a long time and whenever you over hear someone mention bloodtests or labcorp or even quest you get this sick feeling in your stomach,you get a headache because your blood begins to boil.
